How to get your Transcripts;If you need additional copies of your transcript (for example, if you are applying for further study at another university), here is what you need to do:

  • You need to submit a Transcript Request via email to, pay for each copy (you can pay via FET). Once we receive payment, we will process your request.
  • The document will be stamped, signed and dated.
  • If you asked to collect your transcript, we will notify you by email once your transcript is ready for collection. Transcripts will be available for collection from the Registrar’s Office..
  • You can request a Confirmation of Award letter when ordering a transcript. This will confirm that you hold the degree but will not have a breakdown of your module marks
